RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
This policy is only valid for products purchased at our Day Three Arizona boutique or directly through our website at www.daythreefragrances.com. It applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to products acquired through resale.We do not recommend blind buying perfume. We offer Discovery Sets with samples of our entire collection + a voucher on the full price paid for it. This is a great way to try every fragrance and find your perfect match before committing to a full bottle. Whenever we release a new scent, we also offer individual samples for purchase for a limited time after its launch.
Our perfumes are created individually by hand, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened products. In order for an item to be considered unopened, plastic film (shrink wrap) must be intact, items packed in their original package, and unsprayed. This policy helps us protect product quality, ensure safe restocking practices, and continue offering exceptional service.
To maintain fairness and prevent return abuse, Day Three Fragrances allows one return or exchange per customer within a 12-month period. Any additional requests within that timeframe require additional review and may be declined at our discretion. If approved, the additional return or exchange request is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To initiate a return or exchange request:

In the event that a request is made on unopened products, return shipping costs would be deducted from the final refund. Shipping cost is determined by UPS. A prepaid UPS return shipping label would be provided to you via email. There is no restocking fee for your first return or exchange.
Exchanges can only be made with a product of equal or lesser value. If the amount of the product(s) chosen as a replacement has a lower value than the amount of the product(s) returned, the price difference will be reimbursed by Day Three. Exchanged product cannot be returned or re-exchanged.
We will inform you if your return or exchange has been approved or refused once the original article is received and inspected. To ensure protection for both parties, customers are responsible for return shipments until the package has been successfully received at our warehouse. If a return package does not show tracking movement or carrier possession, the customer must contact the drop-off location or carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Once we receive your return package, your refund will be submitted to your original payment method within 5 business days, if approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If any of the items sent in your order are incorrect, or should the items be defective or damaged in transit, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by Day Three Fragrances. Please contact us immediately regarding any such issues. Photos of the shipping box and damaged product(s) must be submitted along with details of the nature of the damage or defect.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package if items are incorrect or defective,
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your approved refund, first check your account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take up to ten (10) business days for your refund to be officially posted on their end. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, then contact us at: info@daythreefragrances.com
Sensitivities:
While our fragrances are developed to the highest IFRA standards, sensitivities may occur in rare cases. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. By purchasing and using fragrance items, customers acknowledge and accept the potential for individual sensitivity. Ingredients of each product can be found on each products’ product page. Day Three does not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been opened or used due to discomfort, or personal intolerance.
No Returns on Discovery Sets, individual samples, made-to-order clothing, or limited edition signed bottles.
