RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

This policy is only valid for products purchased directly through our website: www.daythreefragrances.com

Because our perfumes are created individually by hand, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened products. However, if any of the items sent in your order are incorrect, or should the items be defective or damaged in transit, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by Day Three Fragrances. Photos of the shipping box and damaged product(s) must be submitted along with details of the nature of the damage or defect.  A return shipping label would be provided to you via email.

We do not recommend blind buying perfume. We offer Discovery Sets with samples of our entire collection; this is a great way to try every fragrance and find your perfect match before committing to a full bottle. 

Every order of a 50mL bottle comes with a 1.5mL sample of the scent ordered to try before opening the full bottle. In the event that a refund is requested on unopened products, return shipping costs would be deducted from the final refund. There is no restocking fee. In order for an item to be considered unopened, plastic film must be intact, items packed in their original package, and unsprayed.

We will inform you if your refund has been approved or refused once the returned article is received and inspected.  If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and applied to your original payment method within 7 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a return or replacement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received your approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: vanessa@daythreefragrances.com

No Returns on Discovery Sets, made-to-order clothing, or limited edition signed bottles.
