Each formula is composed by Day Three perfumer,
Michael Paul. After the formula is written, the perfume is then
compounded in house, and left to macerate on site, in our Arizona lab.
Every single bottle is poured by the perfumer, and assembled by a member of our family. Then, those bottles are labeled and boxed by hand.
Finally, each and every bottle that leaves our lab is accompanied by a personal, hand written thank you note, and a complimentary sample.
In 2023, Day Three Fragrances won the prestigeous "Aftel Award" at the international Art and Olfaction Awards for their perfume, La Tacita De Cafe.
The award is named after the legendary perfumer, Mandy Aftel, who is also a judge of the competition.
The award is given to one perfume every year after multiple rounds of blind judging by the top professionals in the fragrance industry.

This fragrance is exceptional. It is for the fall/winter for sure and it is heavier on the chocolate notes which isn’t a bad thing just be aware. The tobacco is smooth and resonates well and the dry down really brings it out.
Filosofia has become one of my favorite tobacco scents. As a cigar connoisseur, I connect with the inspiration for the scent, the Ashton VSG. I have enjoyed this cigar on occasion even wearing the fragrance while doing so for the full experience

I'm slowly building my Day Three fragrance collection and recently added Filosofia. This is a super seductive scent perfect for evening date night ir anytime you just wanna smell amazing and get compliments.. The balance here is smooth. I don't get too much tobacco, but the perfect amount of tobacco... That being said, I find this a perfectly genderless offering from day three. I think it would smell equally amazing on a man as a woman. Filosopfia Is without boundaries. It's sensuous, it's elegant, a very elevated fragrance, while being so easy to wear, so inviting _ it envelopes the wearer in a warm embrace. To me, this is a perfect evening/ date night /going out type fragrance without Having to try _ It's effortless. Really happy to have this the collection... Can't wait to keep adding !
